This policy explains what data the Datafin Analytics app and the datafin-two.vercel.app website (together, the "Service"), provided by "Datafin" MChJ ("Datafin"), process.
1. Who the Service is for
The Service is an internal reporting dashboard for companies, built on their 1C data. Accounts are created only by the company's administrator; there is no public sign-up.
2. What data is processed
Account data: the email address and password used to sign in. The password is not stored in plain text.
Session: after signing in, a protected session cookie valid for 7 days is stored on the device. "Log out" deletes it immediately.
Business data: reports (sales, expenses, stock, balance and similar) are fetched on request from your company's 1C database and only shown on screen. Datafin does not store them on its servers; the app keeps them in temporary device memory until it is closed.
On-device settings: theme, language, chosen filters and widget layout are stored only on your device.
Usage statistics: anonymous page-view statistics (Vercel Analytics). They do not identify you and are not used for advertising.
3. How data is used
Only to provide the Service: checking sign-in, showing reports and keeping the Service running. Data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties.
4. Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel Inc. Report data comes directly from your company's 1C server.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. The session is kept in a signed cookie that JavaScript cannot read.
6. Deleting data
To delete your account or data linked to it, contact your company's administrator or write to info@datafin.uz. Requests are completed within 30 days.
7. Children
The Service is meant for business users and is not directed at anyone under 16.
8. Changes and contact
